What DOES IS REQUIRE Freelance is a self-employed job for example getting your own customers. The pros about this is that you work for yourself and all the income you gain is for yourself. The cons are that you might not get much customers or you might have to work for free. Also, the other cons are that your wages are not fixed because your getting your own customers so your wages can boost wright up or not get any money at all. The last con is that unlike permanent jobs you have to pay for your tax monthly or yearly which is decreasing your average wage Permanent job   permanent jobs are working for a person or a company and the pros are that you’re always going to get paid. The pros for this is that the company you work with pays your working tax.
