Poster The first thing I did to make my poster was to draw a hand which was covered with chains. The chains and hand represent the amount of freedom they had which wasn’t much.as you can see there were broken chains as well which connotes that they were fighting and broke some of the chains which gave them more freedom. This was done myself and I scanned it into the laptop/my email. Through photoshop I used various of tools to adjust the image. I used the ‘magic wand tool’ to remove the unwanted outsides. After that I used the lasso tool to make the image sharper and have no edges sticking out etc. after that I used filter and sharpen to make the image more appealing the last step was to use adjustment on the right-hand side and use the graph [ curves] this gave the image its colour and I had to do this three times. The hand and chains show slavery and also lack of freedom and this links to reggae because some of the music produced by the artists were about freedom and slavery. We...

For this poster the mood and atmosphere is exciting and powerful because they use a well known actor to portray that feeling. The genre of this poster is corporate because it is a large company. The point of focus is for the target audience to get drawn into the slogan and have a feeling that they want to try the new product. One way they do is by using their well known slogan ‘ get some nuts’ this is a fun and good way into getting your target audience attracted to the product.if the slogan is effective it will make the target audience repeat it and the target audience will want to know more about the product.the target audience is mainly targeted to younger viewers because younger kids eat more chocolate compared to older target audience, however this is chocolate so this has a wide range of target audience because it is food.
