What DOES IS REQUIRE

Freelance is a self-employed job for example getting your own customers. The pros about this is that you work for yourself and all the income you gain is for yourself. The cons are that you might not get much customers or you might have to work for free. Also, the other cons are that your wages are not fixed because your getting your own customers so your wages can boost wright up or not get any money at all. The last con is that unlike permanent jobs you have to pay for your tax monthly or yearly which is decreasing your average wage

Permanent job

 permanent jobs are working for a person or a company and the pros are that you’re always going to get paid. The pros for this is that the company you work with pays your working tax. Also the other pro is that when you are ill or you are on holiday you still get paid unlike freelance there is nobody to pay you if your ill so you get no money on that day or the period you weren’t working 

Volunteering job

Volunteering jobs are jobs which you do with your own will which means you won’t get paid at all. This shows that you are dedicated and love your job so far, your willing to do it for free although you can do it somewhere else and get paid.

2 actual jobs what they want from the applicants

One of the jobs I have decided to talk about is a bbc creative director the requirements for this is to have a lot of experience with ‘Competencies As a “grade 9” you’ll need to be able to: Communicate • Use a range of techniques to influence and adapt to situations • Handle objections and challenge them constructively • Deliver difficult messages well Think analytically and creatively • Think strategically when solving problems • Keep the big picture in mind • Facilitate or lead effective problem solving in meetings or groups’ because it is a great job to get into because not only you get paid well but also it is a fun job an exciting as well. This job is a permanent job because you be your own journalist and it can’t be volunteering job so you must work for a company like BBC news or sky news. For you to become a journalist you need to earn a bachelor degree and also even if you do get into you need to be patient because the work you will be getting won’t be up to standard and it won’t be heavy 

For the second job I have decided to talk about is a game designer and the requirements you need to have is at least

Poster The first thing I did to make my poster was to draw a hand which was covered with chains. The chains and hand represent the amount of freedom they had which wasn’t much.as you can see there were broken chains as well which connotes that they were fighting and broke some of the chains which gave them more freedom. This was done myself and I scanned it into the laptop/my email. Through photoshop I used various of tools to adjust the image. I used the ‘magic wand tool’ to remove the unwanted outsides. After that I used the lasso tool to make the image sharper and have no edges sticking out etc. after that I used filter and sharpen to make the image more appealing the last step was to use adjustment on the right-hand side and use the graph [ curves] this gave the image its colour and I had to do this three times. A lot of young kids from the age of 11-19 get bullied and know body wants to do anything about it because they don’t want to get involved or its because they are scared it could back fire at them. The advertisement proves my statement when the majority of the customers saw the bullying take place but they didn’t do anything. However, in the advertisement of burger king they decided to prank some of the customers who didn’t help with the bullying and they gave them beat up burgers. The beat up burgers connotes to the kids that are getting bullied. The interesting thing is that all the customers who got that damaged burger started to demand new food or refund. For this poster the mood and atmosphere is exciting and powerful because they use a well known actor to portray that feeling. The genre of this poster is corporate because it is a large company. The point of focus is for the target audience to get drawn into the slogan and have a feeling that they want to try the new product. One way they do is by using their well known slogan ‘ get some nuts’ this is a fun and good way into getting your target audience attracted to the product.if the slogan is effective it will make the target audience repeat it and the target audience will want to know more about the product.the target audience is mainly targeted to younger viewers because younger kids eat more chocolate compared to older target audience, however this is chocolate so this has a wide range of target audience because it is food.
